Characteristics of 沙羅(SARA)
Sara is a thin and light paper yarn made by cutting and twisting Japanese paper into thin strips.
"沙羅", an environmentally friendly yarn made from Japanese paper, is manufactured by twisting thinly cut paper together. Until now, yarn made from paper has been weak in strength. Modern technology has made "沙羅" as strong and usable as conventional yarn. It is also lighter and more elastic than other materials, and has superior moisture absorption and air permeability, so when used in clothing, it offers a unique texture.
